Dr. Brenda Smith brings passion, experience to the Graduate College With the January 2018 retirement of Graduate College Associate Dean Dr. Ken Clinkenbeard, a search was begun to find the best person to assume his duties. She has served as Faculty Fellow of the Graduate College in 2013 and 2015, vice chair of the Graduate Council since 2014, and graduate program coordinator for the Department of Nutritional Sciences for five years. “I have been very involved in graduate education because I think it’s an opportunity to impact the training and careers of really talented individuals who come to OSU to further their education,” she said.
